Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • International: Delivery times vary depending on the destination and courier service.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Our courier partners do not deliver on Sunday and public holidays.

Shipping charges are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, where available.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

Any additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping details may be charged to the customer.

Delivery Issues

If a package appears damaged upon delivery, customers must record a continuous, unedited video before opening the package and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

The video must clearly show:

  • The sealed package from all sides.
  • The shipping label.
  • The complete unboxing process.
  • Any damage, missing items, or incorrect products received.

Claims submitted without the required video evidence or after 24 hours of delivery may not be considered.
